Broomed Finish

The classic broomed finish is characterized by texturing the surface of the wet concrete with a fine, medium, or coarse brush. This creates a very durable, non-slip surface. It is one of the most cost effective concrete finishes available.

Broom finished concrete already holds a very captivating look by itself but is also versatile enough to comply with any color, stain, sealent, or other surface treatment desired.

An excellent use of broomed finish is to contrast another textured surface. Using broomed concrete for the 'field' and a different finish for the 'border' or vice-versa creates a very pleasing result.
