LifeTime Floors Revealed

LifeTime Floors Revealed by Bomanite is a sustainable finishing option that incorporates a unique aggregate and color blending process with the traditional technology of exposing aggregates. A pre-bagged mixture of specialty/exotic aggregates along with color and binders that are mixed with water in the field, LifeTime Floors Revealed is placed over freshly poured concrete and then the surface is exposed to reveal the aggregates.

Designed for outdoor applications in public areas, this topping installation is engineered for monolithic pours with high-strength performance. The pronounced decorative aggregate finish is a resilient, sustainable option where low-maintenance, slip resistance and a highly decorative concrete surface is desired.

Aggretex by Bomanite

Aggretex by Bomanite is another exposed aggregate finishing option from our collection. A patented system that utilizes a proprietary mixture of powders to which decorative aggregates are added, Aggretex by Bomanite creates an aggregate-containing cementitious layer that permanently secures the decorative aggregates there-in, with a portion of the aggregate exposed. The resulting finish has a load bearing capacity of slab on grade concrete with a hardened wear layer comparable in durability to stone or terrazzo. Available in a multitude of colors with exposed fine stone, glass or other exotic aggregate blends, the design options are endless.

This durable, single pour system allows for installation in highly decorative areas such as where marble or granite would be utilized. However, unlike natural stone or manufactured unit paving that requires a base slab to provide its load bearing capacity and resistance to settling or heaving, Aggretex by Bomanite meets and exceeds these requirements in one application. With the aggregate mixed into the Aggretex prior to pouring, a more even, consistent finish will result and increase the lifespan of the decorative surface.

Sandscape Texture by Bomanite

Sandscape Texture by Bomanite the third exposed aggregate system in the Bomanite arsenal, is designed for outdoor applications where an alternate to a conventional concrete finish is required. Utilizing specialized mix designs, additives, topical treatments and advanced application procedures, Sandscape Texture by Bomanite resembles sand blasted concrete and can incorporate specialized colored sands and/or aggregates exceeding 3/8" diameter.

The finish is an economical alternate to other decorative concrete finishes while producing a monolithic concrete slab at low life-cycle cost due to the pre-aged nature of the surface. Used in combination with a variety of color and staining options, Sandscape Texture by Bomanite creates consistent texture and durable hardscapes ideal for plazas, walkways, shopping centers, schools and more.
