Removal & Replacement

The first step to ensuring a successful Repair & Replacement job is to meet with the client to articulate the job process to them. After we meet with the customer we measure up the area that will be either repaired and/or removed. We then confirm the area in which the work will take place and proceed to cut into the area.

Once the saw cutting process is complete, we notify the customer when the concrete will be removed and discrete the parameters pertaining to the removal of the concrete itself. Finally, after the concrete is installed, we clean up any excess concrete on the grass and on top of the sidewalk.

This part of the process sets us apart from most of our competitors as most companies refuse to do the clean up work or charge extra. The following day of the pour, we come back and test all the sprinklers, if any of them are inoperative, we will fix them on our account.

Customer Testimonials

The Rescue crew did an excellent job fixing part of the sidewalk I believed needed some fixing plus they went the extra mile fixing some others that I didn't ask for, plus also did an excellent job replacing a security sign that was damaged during the process. They did it quick and I never had to call anybody twice, Dave Winn and Nick Winn were very professional, courteous and reasonable on the phone. I'm very glad you hired this company.

I was able to talk to your concrete subcontractor before he went home today, his Concrete Work is exceptional. Joint lay-out looks great, joints and edges are smooth, straight and clean and finish is consistent. Good Job.
